Daniel J. (Jack) Greenwald III is a member of the Board of Directors and General Counsel of Africa Atlantic Holdings Ltd.
Mr. Greenwald is a partner in the New York based law firm of Chadbourne & Parke and is Managing Partner of Chadbourne's Dubai office. His practice encompasses joint ventures, project development and construction, acquisitions, investments, contracts, complex dispute resolution. and international arbitration and litigation. He has worked with clients in investment and finance, construction and project development, real estate, oil and gas exploration and oilfield services, health care, technology, education, logistics and government. Client matters have been throughout the United Arab Emirates, the Gulf and Middle East, North America, Europe, Russia and the CIS, Afghanistan and Africa.
